HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier company name is sent to you via mail via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Delhivery, Fedex, Xpressbees) and enter the AWB # to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
I STAY IN INDIA. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
* For PREPAID orders, we are happy to offer FREE on orders above 2500/-

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA? HOW MUCH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WILL I BE CHARGED?

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
DO YOU OFFER COD SERVICES?
Yes, we offer COD up to INR 5000/- However, customized orders or pre-orders or international orders require payment before delivery.
WHAT IF THE SILVER / GOLD AND STONES ON MY JEWELLERY GETS TARNISHED?
We offer 6 months service on stonning and if any damage that is repairable at any time, for you

Everything what we sell at Tiara is made in brass metal , it is antitarnish and anti-allergic to your skin. When you buy from us ,in return you are supporting local artisans and we also urge everyone to buy handmade.
How to take care of jewellery?
Prevent the Jewelry from water.
Avoid contact with Chemicals such as Perfumes or anySprays.
* Store the pieces separately and avoid contact with hardsurfaces for a longer Product life.
* Store your product in a pouch or box in a dry place awayfrom humidity, moisture, fire and heat.
